Mungindi is a border town situated on the banks of the Barwon River on the Queensland/NSW border.

With a population of approximately 900 the town services a wide farming community. All essential services are catered for including, Hospital, Doctor’s Surgery and two schools. Local businesses in town include newsagency, bakery, cafe, hairdresser, supermarkets, butcher, service station, hotels and agricultural services.

There is also a 9 hole golf course and two cotton gins within close proximity. A wide range of seasonal work is available and temperatures range from cool to mild winters to hot summers.
