The property is located 15 kilometres west of Mungindi on the Guinnindaddy Road via the St George to
Mungindi Road. The Gunnindaddy Road dissects through the centre of the property.

three primary schools, a TAFE College and a comprehensive shopping centre including rural supply
outlets.
